Molle is a pretty neat system even though most may find it too tacticool. If you don’t know about Molle, or PALS, or Alice, those are system for webbing packs and pouches together in a sturdy configuration. Military stuff.

While not in the military I can still appreciate systems. What’s more, I found a Molle backpack insert on Amazon. So I had an idea of an adaptable space saver for the ever so decreasing free volume of the boat.

Half fastened to the wall, I can config pouches, or just hang whatever, onto the wall instead of dropping it all to the floor. And if I need the pouches or anything else configured on it out on a daily hike or sumsuch I can just pull it off and shove it down my backpack. Oh Velcro, is there anything that you cannot do?
